A native of Connecticut, Michael moved to Nashua, New Hampshire in June of 2018 to be closer to his wife Jenn's family as they were expecting their first child in early 2019. Before getting into real estate, Michael had become the Executive Vice President of a multi-million-dollar ecommerce sales and marketing company where he worked his way up from his start as a shipping clerk/customer service representative 16 years prior. It was time for a change and Michael's desire to sell and help people at the same time is why he chose to start a career in real estate.
Michael has leaned hard on his analytical and marketing background during his career transition. Whether it is understanding current market conditions in order to obtain an accurate price estimate on a house, knowing how to market a property online like no one else can, or helping a new buyer through the intricacies of the purchase of their first home, Michael is eager to get the job done. Eric brings a wealth of sales and customer service experience from Marriott International. Eric held a number of leadership sales roles with Marriott both locally and throughout the Northeast. Eric played sales leadership roles locally at both the Nashua Residence Inn and Courtyard by Marriott as well as key sales roles in Boston and at the Marriott’s Northeast Regional Sales Office. Eric is excited to bring his hospitality sales and customer service experience to the real estate industry. Having joined Haynes Realty Group, Eric has jumped in head first with Michael Haynes to learning the business and taking the initial steps towards a successful career in real estate. Eric has lived in Southern New Hampshire for over 20 years and has just recently moved to Milford, NH. Outside of work, Eric spends the majority of his time with his wife Ardith, raising their 13 year old son Quinn and 9 year old daughter Evelynn. Eric loves to spend any free time in his kayak, on his mountain bike or maybe catching a Premier League soccer match!
